About Ally Counseling
Ally Counseling is a team of talented mental health therapists who are dedicated to helping people improve their lives through our Out-Patient Behavioral Health Practice. Ally Counselors strongly believe that everyone deserves a wonderful life and everyone is capable of reaching that goal. Ally Counselors specialize in helping people overcome challenging mental health issues through evidence-based therapies that help people bring out their best so they can make positive and lasting changes in their lives. Our practice accepts most forms of insurance, including the Oregon Health Plan, and we provide services via in office visits in the Portland metro area and via telehealth visits across the state.
